The Slow Release Fertilizer 15-9-12 should be replenished every 6 months and will not burn your plants. Use a ratio of 1 oz per 1 gallon for the best results. This fertilizer is perfect to mix in with our Pon, Chunky Mix, and any of our other Substrates. The bag contains 12oz of product and is sealed and resealable for your convenience.
